Terms & Conditions
  1. Member should redeem reward in TAIKOO+ mobile app with points and visit designated location in person to collect the reward within redemption period.
  2. Rewards are valid on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. Quotas apply.
  3. This redemption letter is valid for Citygate Outlets store only.
  4. This redemption letter is valid till 20 December 2022. Customers must use the redemption letter in person at the store before expiry. Expired redemption letter will become invalid, and no refund will be given. redemption letter will not be re-issued if lost or damaged. Only original hardcopy of the redemption letter will be accepted by merchant.
  5. Detailed Terms & Conditions of the redemption letter is as below.
    • Customers must visit COVA at Tung Chung in person at least 5 days in advance to reserve for pick up or delivery, in order to ensure product availability. Phone-in or whatsapp reservation is NOT accepted. 
    • Customers must present and submit this redemption letter in person at COVA at Tung Chung upon redemption. Otherwise, neither pick up nor delivery can be arranged. 
    • Hamper pick up at COVA Pasticceria & Confetteria at Citygate outlet only, complimentary one-off delivery service within Hong Kong per hamper is provided (expect Tung Chung). Additional delivery charge of HK$600 is required for delivery to Tung Chung and Airport.
    • Delivery time cannot be chosen but we shall deliver during 9am to 6pm on your selected date.
    • Delivery service is not applicable to Macau SAR, squatter area, walled villages, small house, temporary housing area, piers, parks, sports arenas, outlying islands, construction sites, Sai Kung, Stanley, Repulse Bay, Deep Water Bay, Tai Tam Road, Shek O, The Peak, Lei Yue Mun, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, impermanent or incomplete addresses, remote areas in the New Territories (including Fairview Park, Hong Lok Yuen, Palm Springs and Royal Palms).
    • Delivery service available for complimentary one-off delivery and single address only. There will be additional delivery charge if the recipient fails to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
    • Each redemption letter can only be used once and will be collected upon redemption.
    • Validity period of this redemption letter will be from 1 December to 20 December 2022. The last pick-up or delivery date will be 25 December 2022. This letter will be deemed invalid if expires.
    • Damaged, lost or expired letters will not be accepted and re-issued. 
    • Photocopied letters will not be accepted.
    • This letter cannot be exchanged for cash or cash coupon or products other than specified.
    • This letter cannot be used in conjunction with cash coupons or any other promotion offers/ discounts/ price-off products/ membership program.
    • Out of stock merchandise will be substituted by items of equivalent value without prior notice. Items sold are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
    • COVA Hong Kong has the sole discretion to cease the redemption without prior notice and reserves the right of the final decision in case of any dispute.
  6. All photos and product descriptions are for reference only.
  7. The required points for the reward will be deducted from the member's account instantly after the redemption. Redemption cannot be cancelled, and reward redeemed cannot be exchanged or returned.
  8. The rewards will be delivered in random basis. Selecting the colour or style is not allowed.
  9. The points used in the redemption of the rewards will not be returned or credited back to the member if member fails to collect or use the rewards.
  10. The Company shall not be responsible for the condition of the rewards or any damage, loss or bodily injury arising from usage of the rewards. All queries (including product warranties) regarding the rewards shall be raised with the relevant merchant directly. Any dispute concerning rewards (quality or otherwise) shall be settled between the member and the relevant merchant. The Company shall not be liable for any product warranty or quality issues.
  11. Other terms and conditions of CLUB CG membership programme and the corresponding merchants apply.
  12. In case of any disputes, Swire Properties Management Limited and merchant reserve the right of final decision.
